'I take photos as a return ticket to a moment otherwise gone forever...' "Photographs are footprints of our minds, mirrors of our lives, reflections from our hearts, frozen memories that we can hold in silent stillness in our hands -- forever if we wish. They document not only where we have been, but also point the way to where we might perhaps be heading, whether or not we realise this yet ourselves..." - https://youpic.com/photographer/jamesnel/ #photography #jamesnel More about me:

capturing the moment...
- James Nel
- Photography is a hobby and travelling a passion... I am a minimalist and believe therefore that “Less is More”. #sooc In photography, the challenge for me lies in capturing images with the least amount of photographic equipment. A bridge camera, a memory card and a huge amount of passion for photography. My equipment consists of a bridge camera, with one Leica lens only. No additional lenses, extra lighting or filters. I even get by without a tripod most of the time... My philosophy is that if you can't capture the image the way it presents itself at the time, leave it for somebody else to capture, and move on...
